THE GLORIES OF EGYPT - REGISTRATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION

This is a special tour for our Non European passengers, of which we have a great many, as it has been created with no international air arrangements from London. All passengers will be making their own way  to Cairo and from then on, all arrangements are taken care of - including flights internal to Egypt. This is THE grand tour of Egypt for 2011 and with the beautiful tomb of Nefertari as its highlight, this will truly be another AWT tour that is 'Beyond Extraordinary".

 

 

The Itinerary

There is a PDF copy that can be downloaded from this site. If you don't have the Adobe Reader software on your PC then it is very straightforward to get to by following this link www.adobe.com next, click on the Get Adobe Reader and follow the on-screen instructions from there.

 

The itinerary booklet is a 'booklet version'. This also requires Adobe Reader but when you look at it you will see that it is designed to be printed, again on Landscape, but double sided and 'flipped along the short edge'. Once printed, if you have a long arm stapler, you can recreate the entire document as a booklet.

 

The booklet has been formatted to the US Paper Standard 'LETTER' rather than the European A4 size.

Registration

This tour is run by the UK archaeological tour specialist, Ancient World Tours. We are very used to travellers joining us from all over the world and we really look forward to having you with us.

 

To make sure that everyone's booking is processed correctly and that we have all the details we need, please complete the registration form from the Downloads Box. Once completed, save the form to your PC hard drive and then e-mail a copy to us using the e-mail address info@ancient.co.uk. Please do not try to book this tour via the standard AWT online booking route as it is not listed there.

We will then create an invoice for you and unique reference locator and send it off to you with a set of Terms and Conditions - you can download these in advance too from the link in the Downloads box. This will then be used to make your booking, your deposit payment and your final payment. Once your deposit is made, you will then have entered into an agreement with Ancient World Tours.

 

So, step one is to fill in the registration form and mail it back to info@ancient.co.uk

 

Please note that the standard deposit figure referenced in the Terms and Conditions is increased to $600 for this tour because of the cost of initial outlays, including the special permits.
