" The Great Monument Tour is the ultimate Egyptian tour. I seriously doubt anyone could top the number of monuments, tombs, archaeologist, and knowledgeable guides arranged by Peter Allingham and Ancient World Tours. AWT has been touring Egypt for many decades and has developed a number of excellent relationships which gives him an inside tract to many hidden gems. The accommodations were first rate and everything went like clockwork, even though we travelled to three cities which required organizing transportation, hotels, restaurants, and sites. There was so much to see and absorb and so many highlights that’s it’s difficult to pick out only one. Even so, Peter somehow managed to arrange time for us to have a relaxing gourmet lunch aboard a felucca while we sailed on the Nile. It was very special. AWT takes amazing care of his guests and I recommend Ancient World Tours for the consummate tour of Egypt.
